Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants
We are excited to announce that the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Aspen Village Subdivision has officially
PASSED!
Thanks to the tremendous support and participation of our community, the Association received the required approval from at least sixty-seven percent (67%) of the ownership, allowing the amendment to move forward.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, thank you to everyone who took the time to review the proposed Declaration, attend meetings, ask questions, provide feedback, and most importantly, submit your consent form. This was a significant community effort, and your participation made this achievement possible.
The Board will now work with legal counsel to complete the certification and recording process. Following recording, the Board will begin the next phase of implementation, including updating the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines and creating a comprehensive Rules and Regulations document for the Association. Homeowners will have opportunities to provide input throughout this process during regular Board meetings. The Board meets every other month on the second Tuesday of the month, with the next Board meeting scheduled for July 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM.

1000 Watson divide
The Board of Directors will receive a presentation regarding the Watson Divide Ranch property located at 1000 Watson Divide Road on March 10, 2026.
The proposal involves the construction of a Ranch Manager Headquarters within an existing, previously approved agricultural development envelope on the 244-acre parcel. The project would include a ranch manager residence and supporting agricultural facilities such as barns, riding/training areas, and equipment storage.
The property is subject to the Wheeler Conservation Easement, which restricts subdivision and non-agricultural development. No connections to Aspen Village utilities or roads are proposed, and the facilities are intended for agricultural use only.
This item is for informational purposes only. Owners are welcome to attend the meeting to learn more about the proposal.

ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
The Written Ballots for the Election of Directors were mailed as of November 16, 2025. Owners had until the Annual Meeting of the Members on December 10, 2025 at 5:30pm to return their written ballot. This year there were two (2) open seats on the Board of Directors for a 3-year term.
