ASPEN VILLAGE
Aspen Village Homeowners Association is located in the Roaring Fork Valley, consisting of 150 developed Lots.
The Association has a swimming pool, common areas, trails, a club house, playground and gym.

ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS
The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on December 10, 2025 at 6:00pm.
Prior to the Annual Meeting will be the 2026 Budget ratification. The Board approved 2026 Budget will automatically be ratified unless a majority more than 51% of all Owners holding an interest in the Common Elements (eligible voting owners in Aspen Village) veto the proposed Budget.
All owners are welcome to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the Annual Meeting of the Members is posted below as well as the Board approved 2026 Budget.

Amended and Restated Declaration of Protective Covenants

A second Town Hall Meeting of the Owners was held in person on May 15, 2025 at 6:00pm at the Aspen Village Clubhouse to discuss the draft Amended and Restated Declaration, to hear owner comments and to answer any questions owners had. The Association’s attorney was present via Zoom to answer any legal questions owners had relating to the draft document.

ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
The Written Ballots for the Election of Directors have been mailed as of November 16, 2025. Owners will have until the Annual Meeting of the Members on December 10, 2025 at 5:30pm to return their written ballot. This year there are two (2) open seats on the Board of Directors for a 3-year term. Owners may return their written ballot 1 of 3 ways:

Drop off: at the Clubhouse drop box, to the right of the main Office front door.
If you did not receive a written ballot in the mail, please reach out to hoa@aspenvillage.info for a replacement ballot.
Reminder: Temporary Parking Exception for RVs, Trailers, and Campers
The temporary exception allowing recreational vehicles, trailers, campers, boats, and similar items to be stored on private Lots ended on September 30, 2025.
Normal enforcement—and associated fines—has now resumed. Please remove any such items from your Lot.
